Holcomb Cemetery

The land for this cemetery was donated by Holcomb and McRee families--1901-1988. In the book, "Indians and Pioneers of Old Eliot" A Grenada County, Mississippi Community, by Henry Watterson Heggie, also reference to the Holcomb Cemetery as it is known today as the Mount Moriah Cemetery.
Directions to Holcomb Cemetery, take Sparta Road south to top of hill in Holcomb, turn right at water well and water tank, you can see cemetery from there.
